Mark Li

Mark Li serves as a Partner and National Technology and Blockchain/Digital Assets Assurance Leader at Aprio since February 2024. Li is also a Board member of the Hong Kong Business Association of Northern California, contributing to economic and cultural ties between Hong Kong and Northern California. At San Francisco State University, Li holds positions as an Adjunct Professor of Accounting and Advisory Board Member at the Lam Family College of Business. Previous roles include Partner at Grant Thornton LLP and BPM LLP, focusing on blockchain, digital assets, and fintech, as well as various leadership positions in organizations such as the Accounting Blockchain Coalition and the Wall Street Blockchain Alliance. Li holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
