Michael Schechter

Michael Schechter, CPA, serves as a Tax Manager at Aprio since August 2021, after progressing from the role of Senior Tax Associate. Prior experience includes serving as a Tax Senior and Tax Staff at EY from July 2018 to August 2021, along with an internship in the tax department at EY in early 2017. Michael's earlier experience encompasses an accounting internship at Marvel Entertainment and several roles at Camps Equinunk and Blue Ridge, including Group Head, Special Events Coordinator, Assistant Group Head, and General Counselor, showcasing leadership and organizational skills. Michael holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business, earned between 2013 and 2018.
