Miyoshi Thomas, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Senior Benefits Manager at Aprio since January 2023, following a successful tenure at Aronson, where Thomas held the position of Senior Manager, Benefits & People Operations from April 2007 until December 2022. Thomas has extensive experience in administering health and welfare plans, managing general HR functions for over 250 employees, and enhancing employee benefits offerings. With a background that includes roles as HR Generalist and HR Assistant, coupled with a Bachelor’s degree in Recording Industry Management from Middle Tennessee State University and a Master’s degree in Marketing from Webster University, Thomas has demonstrated strong capabilities in benefits management, employee engagement, and compliance reporting.
