Sam Tuck

Sam is the co-partner-in-charge of the Tax Services group at Aprio. He has more than 30 years of experience providing tax services to mid-sized and large businesses as well as high net-worth individuals. Sam has extensive experience in corporate and individual tax matters and has developed expertise in closely-held companies and limited liability companies. He also works with several real estate clients.

Over his career, Sam has been involved in a number of complex transactions, including business combinations, business acquisitions, and tax-free exchanges. Sam has also represented clients being examined by government agencies. Sam frequently works with clients to minimize federal and state taxes.

Sam has serviced lawyers, doctors and business owners with a variety of tax and business issues. He has also consulted with law firms on compensation matters.

Sam earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia and a Masters of Taxation from Georgia State University. His professional and community affiliations include the:
