Stella Chen

Stella Chen is a highly experienced tax professional currently serving as a Tax Partner and Co-leader of the International Services Chinese Practice at Aprio since November 2021. Previously, Stella held the position of Senior Tax Manager at Elliott Davis and was a Senior Manager at Bernard Robinson & Company, where responsibilities included leading the firm's inbound practice for foreign companies investing in the U.S. and overseeing quality control on international tax issues. As Deputy Chair of the Asia Pacific Region for Praxity, Stella organized significant conferences and coordinated projects across firms in Asia Pacific and the U.S. Stella began her career at KPMG US as an Audit Intern and has built a solid foundation in tax advisory services and international structuring throughout roles at Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP, where Stella co-founded the Chinese Business Services. Stella holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor's degree in International Accounting from Central University of Finance and Economics.
