Tara Head

Tara Head, CPA, CFP®, has extensive experience in tax preparation and management, currently serving as a Tax Manager at Aprio since August 2018. In this role, Tara prepares complex multi-state tax returns for various entities, including individuals, partnerships, and non-profits, while also managing workflows to ensure timely deliverables for partners. Prior to this, Tara held positions as a Senior Tax Associate and Tax Associate at Aprio and gained experience in tax preparation as a Tax Specialist at H&R Block. Additionally, Tara served as an Arabic Linguist in the US Navy and US Navy Reserve and completed internships at Gordon Management, LLC. Tara holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Georgia State University and an Associate of Arts in Arabic from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center.
