Taylor Overby

Taylor Overby is a Senior Manager of M&A Operations at Aprio, having held that position since 2025. Previously, Taylor served as a Director and Consultant at EY-Parthenon from 2021 to 2025, where they focused on strategy, transaction strategy, and turnaround and restructuring. Taylor also gained experience as an Audit Intern at BKD CPAs & Advisors in 2015 and worked in Transaction Advisory Services at EY from 2017 to 2018. Taylor holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, where they also served as a Graduate Assistant for the baseball team.
