Terence Sullivan

Terence Sullivan is a Partner at Aprio since January 2023, following the merger of Aronson LLC where Terence served as Partner from December 2010 to January 2023. With a background in tax and accounting, Terence has progressed from Senior Tax Accountant to Tax Manager and Senior Manager in the Diversified Commercial Services Group at Aronson, providing comprehensive tax services for various clients. Earlier experiences include a Senior Accountant role at Ellin & Tucker, Chartered, and as a Commercial Loan Field Examiner at K Bank. Terence holds a Master of Science in Taxation from American University, an MBA in Accounting from Loyola University Maryland, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Frostburg State University.
