Thomas Neff

Thomas Neff, CPA, currently serves as the West Coast Managing Partner and Tax Partner at Aprio since August 2022, leading operations and advising clients on international tax issues related to relocation, family offices, and business structuring. Prior to this role, Thomas was the Managing Partner at RINA Accountants & Advisors for twenty years, where responsibilities included providing expert consultation on international tax structures and compliance for foreign businesses. Thomas began his career as a Staff Accountant at Fried Frank and has held positions as a Tax Accountant and Senior Accountant at other firms. Thomas holds a Master’s degree in International Taxation from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Dayton.
