Tracy Teale

Tracy Teale is a Partner at Aprio, specializing in tax, audit, and attest services for various entities, including not-for-profit organizations and private foundations, since August 2022. Tracy has served as Treasurer for the Financial Women of San Francisco since 2005, contributing to the empowerment of financial executives in the Bay Area. As a Board Member of the Contra Costa Child Care Council since 2009, Tracy supports child care initiatives. Prior to Aprio, Tracy was a Stockholder in Charge of the San Francisco Office at RINA Accountancy Corporation from 1999 to August 2022, with over 15 years in public accounting and 10 years in private industry. Tracy's earlier experience includes managing financial operations as a Business Manager at Stafco from 1993 to 1998. Tracy holds a Masters in Taxation and an MBA in Operations Management from Golden Gate University, along with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
