Trish Johnson

Trish Johnson, CPA, MS, MEd, currently serves as the Director of Nonprofit Consulting at Aprio, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this role, Trish was the Director and Senior Consultant at O'Connor Consulting Services from April 2022 to June 2025 and an Adjunct Faculty Professor at George Mason University from August 2017 to May 2025. Trish’s career includes leadership positions such as Chief Financial Officer at WETA and the National Association of Broadcasters, where responsibilities included areas of finance and executive management. Trish began an extensive finance career at PBS and WETA, notably serving as Assistant Controller & Senior Director of Accounting and Corporate Controller. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Accounting from George Mason University, a Master’s in Education from the University of Mary Washington, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Old Dominion University.
