Vikash Sharma

Vikash Sharma has a strong background in technology services and consulting, with over 17 years of experience in various roles.

Vikash began their career at Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked as a Middleware and Integration Consultant, planning and identifying infrastructure and integration requirements for projects. Vikash also set up middleware environments for applications involving Apache HTTP Server, IBM WebSphere Application Server, Process Server, and Portal Server. Additionally, they worked as a Systems Analyst and Application Developer, focusing on midrange analysis and development of Java/J2EE applications.

After that, Vikash joined IBM as a Middleware Specialist, providing support for multiple projects at National Australia Bank. Vikash was responsible for setting up middleware environments involving IBM WebSphere Application Server, IBM HTTP Server, and WebSphere MQ, as well as providing application environment support during development and testing.

Following their time at IBM, Vikash worked at DWS as a Consultant, where they served as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Consultant, and Middleware & Integration Consultant for National Australia Bank. Their responsibilities included automating provisioning and setup of AWS resources, using AWS CloudFormation and Terraform modules, and creating application-specific AWS AMIs using Packer.

Vikash then joined Shelde as a Senior Consultant, where they delivered fully automated installation and configuration of Twistlock (Container Security) at National Australia Bank. Vikash also automated the management of New Relic Dashboards and Alerts at ANZ Bank.

Their most recent position was at Ampion as a Senior Consultant, where they provided enterprise-scale assurance, security, and transformation expertise to overcome technology challenges.

Currently, Vikash is working as a Senior DevOps Engineer at Apromore process mining.

Vikash Sharma completed their education in a chronological order, starting with their secondary and senior school certificate from BRCM Public School in the years 1993-1999. During the same period, they also completed their intermediate studies at BRCM Public School in Bahal, Haryana, India, focusing on the field of science.

Afterwards, Vikash went on to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from BLDEA College of Engineering and Technology. Vikash attended this institution from 2000 to 2004.
