Typical burgundy-style Rosé in color, combining flavors of bitter orange, a mild spiciness and herbal character, with delicate bitter notes in a long and flowing finish.

Pinot Noir from the Kaiserstuhl, matured in large wooden barrels and barriques, with rounded tannins and fruity aromas of local cherries. Refined with refreshing citrus
aromas of bergamot and cardamom, the sweet and savory flavor of cinnamon and well balanced lavender notes. Ruby red in color. The taste is reminiscent of the unique flavors of Pinot Noir, with fruity-floral touches and pleasant bitter tones.
