Dan Chen

Dan Chen is a Senior Software Engineer at Apryse since February 2019, specializing in porting C++ PDF SDK to JavaScript for Web Technologies, including WebAssembly, PNaCl, and Node.js. Prior experience includes roles as Software Developer II and Software Developer at Visier Inc., where Dan contributed to the development of an ETL pipeline, and as Senior R&D Software Engineer and Software Engineer at Blackcomb Design Automation, focusing on algorithms and data structures for integrated circuit design tools. Dan also served as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Carleton University, and as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of New Brunswick, where collaborative research on algorithms for computational geometry was conducted.
