Naomi Pendleton is a passionate sustainability and technical professional specializing in strategy and application for agricultural supply chains and human rights. With over twenty years of experience in the global fresh produce industry, Naomi currently serves as the Group Technical Director at APS Produce Group, following roles as the Group Sustainability Director at AM FRESH GROUP and Head of Technical & CSR at AMT FRESH. They possess a wealth of expertise in sustainable agriculture, ethical compliance, and supply chain management, and have worked with producers across diverse cultures in seventeen countries. Naomi has also contributed to the field as an AB Board Director for Sedex and holds advanced degrees in Agricultural Economics and Sustainable Business Management.
