Peter Thomas

Peter Thomas is an experienced legal and commercial professional currently serving as Commercial Director & General Counsel at APS Industrial since December 2017. Previous roles include Operations Manager and State Manager for Victoria & Tasmania at Coles Express from January 2014 to February 2019, as well as Legal Counsel at Wesfarmers Limited for a year. Peter's legal career began at Allens, where positions included Senior Associate and Lawyer from 2005 to December 2012, alongside a secondee role as Legal Counsel for Foster's Group Limited during SABMiller's takeover, and another secondee position at The Shell Company of Australia Limited.
