APS Intelligence
At APS Intelligence, we help large organisations create high-performance, ethical workplace cultures because this is the fundamental driver of productivity, growth, and sustainable success in the new world of work. What we deliver APS Intelligence builds trusted partnerships with organisation to understand, unpick and challenge barriers to long-term success. With expertise across the talent lifecycle, from recruitment to retention and exit, we help companies drive high performance and achieve sustainable success by developing and providing bespoke evidence-based Leadership & Development programmes and executive coaching that create strong leaders and productive cultures. Working with large and complex organisations for the past 16 years, we know (and can prove) that a happy and secure workforce is key to high performance. It drives down costs normally caused by recruitment churn and HR grievances, reduces risks generated for example by a lack of mental health support or psychological safety, and improves productivity through better collaboration, communication and transparency.
