Al Simon

Al Simon is the President and CEO of APS Solutions, a position held since November 2020, where the focus is on employee-driven services in craft labor, technical specialization, and project management for industry clients. Prior to APS Solutions, Al Simon served in various senior leadership roles at ProEnergy Services from January 2006 to December 2020, including Senior Vice President of Professional Services and Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, where responsibilities encompassed profit and loss accountability, strategic sales management, and oversight of a large team. Al Simon's career spans recruitment and management positions in the power industry, starting as a Recruiter at H.L. Yoh after earning a BA in English from Georgia Southern University.
