Bill Breuer

Bill Breuer has extensive experience in the field of mechanical engineering, having worked as the Director of Mechanical Engineering at APS Technology Inc. since April 2008. Prior to this, Bill worked at The BILCO Company as the Engineering Services Manager. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
