Hugo Carroll

Hugo Carroll is a dedicated psychiatrist and psychotherapist with extensive experience in psychiatric education and clinical practice. From 2010 to 2025, they served in various roles at APSA, including Head of Virtual Teaching for Psychiatric Clinic for Specialists, team evaluator of final projects, and as a professor of clinical psychiatry. Currently, they hold the position of Honorary Director at APSA while also leading the Psychiatric Clinic. Hugo continues their education in Psychiatry and Medical Psychology, along with pursuing a Master’s in Education Policies and Administration and a specialization in University Teaching. They earned their medical degree from the University of Buenos Aires and trained as a psychiatrist at the Asociación de Psiquiatras Argentinos.
