Gary Speer is an experienced engineering manager with extensive expertise in applications engineering and product development within the pump and mobile equipment industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Applications Engineering at APSCO Inc. since June 2016, Gary has a proven track record of leadership and innovation during previous roles at Dover Artificial Lift Systems and Baker Hughes, where significant revenue-generating systems were launched, and operational efficiencies were achieved through the application of lean manufacturing practices. With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University and a background in both technical support and project management, Gary has consistently contributed to cost reductions, improved delivery performance, and enhanced product reliability throughout a career spanning over three decades.
