Nancy Molfenter

Nancy Molfenter is a Project Coordinator at Earthlink and also works as a WI Grant Project Associate at APSE since August 2007. Nancy holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Special Education and Rehabilitation Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Special Education from Northeastern University.
