Neill Christopher

Neill Christopher is a proven consensus builder and collaborative leader with a passion for advocating for the employment and inclusion of individuals with differing abilities. They have served as the Training Institute Program Manager and Employment Services Supervisor at The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region from 2018 to 2023. Currently, Neill holds multiple board positions, including with APSE - Association of People Supporting EmploymentFirst, the Regional Manufacturing Institute of Maryland, and the MOSH Advisory Board. Additionally, they serve as the Vice President of Manufacturing Operations for Acadia Residential Windows & Doors since 2022, drawing on extensive experience from their previous role in the same capacity at Acadia Windows & Doors from 2002 to 2018. Neill earned a Master's degree in Liberal Arts from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Baltimore.
