Julien Blanckaert

Julien Blanckaert is a TechLead COBOL and Manager de proximité at Apside, overseeing a team of eight developers, including those with disabilities, while providing technical guidance in COBOL, JCL, SQL, and DB2. Previously, Julien worked as a concepteur, développeur, and analyste at Inetum, specializing in banking and insurance applications. Their academic background includes a Ph.D. in Materials Science from INSA Lyon, where they focused on polymer materials, and a master's degree in Materials Engineering from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1. Prior to their role at Apside, Julien served as a Maître auxilaire at the Ministère de l'Éducation nationale et de la Jeunesse from 2015 to 2017.
