Mélissa Araoune

Mélissa Araoune currently serves as Chief of Staff at Apside, a position held since October 2015, where responsibilities include ensuring the coherence and efficiency of strategic initiatives alongside senior management, supporting project structuring and steering, as well as facilitating organizational transformation and cross-departmental coordination. Prior experience as a Business Engineer at Apside focused on commercial development and operational management of consultants. Mélissa co-founded Bonjour+ in 2016, innovating in the connected intercom market, and contributed significantly to product development, team recruitment, and marketing strategy until 2020. Additional roles include internships in connected vehicle application development at Atos Worldline and industrial testing at Wilo Intec, along with a solid educational background in industrial systems engineering and robotics from various institutions, including INSA Centre Val de Loire and University of Orléans.
