Natacha Alarcon

Natacha Alarcon has extensive experience in project and business management, currently serving as the Business Unit Manager at Apside since September 2012, where responsibilities include management, recruitment, business development, contract negotiation, and agile management for aeronautic activities. Prior to this, Natacha held the role of Project Manager at Airbus Helicopters, focusing on monitoring, budget management, scheduling, and risk management. Earlier experience includes a position as Junior Project Manager at Eurocopter, where product and sourcing strategies were developed, and roles in education and publishing coordination. Natacha holds a Master of Science in International Business from Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management and a Master’s Degree in Economics and Management from Sciences Po Aix.
