Sarah ERRAFIK

Sarah ERRAFIK has extensive experience in quality assurance and project management within the food and aerospace industries. At McCormick, from December 2019 to August 2022, Sarah co-managed IFS FOOD and BRC standards, conducted HACCP reviews, and established a quality culture through staff training and internal audits. Subsequently, Sarah took on roles as a Project Management Officer at MI-GSO | PCUBED with Airbus Helicopters, where responsibilities included budget development, project planning, and KPI management. Sarah's background also includes educational qualifications in agro-food management, microbiology, and QHSE, combined with hands-on experience in microbiological laboratory procedures and customer service roles. Currently, Sarah serves as a Work Package Manager at Apside.
