With a diverse background, Phil has held various roles, including Regional Manager at Sensormatic and Project Coordinator at the Big Issue Foundation in Scotland, where they coordinated efforts involving over 250 volunteers. Phil's entrepreneurial spirit is evident from their co-founding of Cintra Retail and managing Burns Equipment for nearly a decade. Their educational background includes degrees in Law with Spanish from the University of the West of Scotland and ANC Outdoor Sports from the Scottish School of Sport.
