Bin Chen

Bin Chen is a highly efficient Technical Director with over 15 years of experience in operations management and team supervision. Bin's career includes roles as an Assistant Researcher and Product Engineer, where they developed industrial motor parts and conducted tensile property tests. They served as a Project Engineer in Germany, overseeing project planning and the establishment of a new plant in China, and later managed daily production activities as Plant Manager at Suzhou RIBE Fastening Systems Co., Ltd. In their current role as Director of Technology Development at apt Group, Bin focuses on new product development and R&D, while they previously held a Technical Director position at Beijing UKIN International Energy Equipment Co., Ltd., where they managed engineering and purchasing departments. Bin earned a Diplom Ingenieur in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universität Darmstadt.
