Michael Zint

Michael Zint is a seasoned executive in the aluminium industry, currently serving as CEO of apt Group since October 2021, leading a prominent company group known for its advanced aluminium products. Prior to this role, Michael Zint held the position of Executive Managing Director at ST Extruded Products Group from April 2015 to August 2021, overseeing a multinational operation with a revenue of EUR 350 million and 1,200 employees. Additionally, Michael Zint was VP/GM of Aleris Extrusions from August 2010 to March 2015, managing a significant business unit within Aleris Group. Earlier career experiences include key roles at Norsk Hydro, including Technical Director and Plant Manager, contributing to various operational and strategic functions across multiple facilities in Europe and China.
