ESTUDIO JURÍDICO APT - APT LAW FIRM was established in 1958, by Dr. Wolfgang Apt when Bolivia was undergoing a profound change in a revolutionary process that had introduced the universal vote, the nationalization of mines and the Agrarian Reform that eliminated the latifundium. 

The first ESTUDIO JURÍDICO APT - APT LAW FIRM office was established in the city of Cochabamba. In 1962 Dr. Wolfgang Apt felt prompted to move the firm to the city of La Paz, the seat of government, given the enormous expansion of his practice and trajectory influenced by an outstanding group of clients and where new initiatives within the firm were taken in order to adequately respond to the new conditions and meet with the growing needs of its clients both nationally and internationally.

The practice was sustained and expanded in 1985 with the incorporation of his son Dr. Miguel Apt B. who redesigns the structure of the ESTUDIO JURÍDICO APT - APT LAW FIRM. At this time Bolivia was going through changes and transformations as a result of the democratization process and the organizational system restructure of the country that was significantly reflected in the economy through the introduction of free markets.

Today, the firm practice is still growing with the inclusion of Dr. Sharon Apt H. daughter of Dr. Miguel Apt B. Thus, for more than 52 years and three generations of Attorneys, we have been providing integratedadvice and counseling to domestic and foreign clients.
