Born From A Surgeon’s Vision

At Apta Investment Group, we empower surgeons and healthcare professionals to achieve financial independence through passive real estate investments.

Founded by Dr. Vasu Kakarlapudi, a board-certified ENT surgeon and investor, Apta was created to solve a problem: how to build stable, passive income streams that allow physicians to practice medicine by choice, not obligation.

We co-invest in every opportunity alongside our investors, ensuring full alignment and shared success. With zero investor capital losses and a track record of exceptional returns, we focus on multifamily, retail, and medical office assets offering the right balance of stability, growth, and tax advantages.

Why Surgeons Choose Apta:
-Alignment: We invest our own capital in every deal.
-Proven Success: Over 20 years of experience, zero capital calls, and above-market returns.
-Passive Wealth Building: Strategic real estate investments that generate income and long-term value.
-Freedom Beyond Medicine: Helping physicians reclaim their time, reduce burnout, and focus on what truly matters.

Join our community of physicians building financial security beyond the OR. Explore how passive real estate investments can create a future where you control your time, wealth, and legacy.
