Beth Holland is currently the Chief Sustainability Officer at AptarGroup, Inc., where they coordinate a global sustainability strategy aligned with various international frameworks. Previously, they served as Vice President of Global Sustainability at Aptar, achieving numerous recognitions for the company’s ESG performance. Before that, they held leadership roles at Ingersoll Rand and General Electric, focusing on environmental health and safety, sustainability reporting, and operational process improvement. Beth earned a BS in Biological Engineering - Environmental and an MBA in Business Management from North Carolina State University and Indiana University, respectively.
