Francesco Sciarretta

Francesco Sciarretta has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources and Analytics. Francesco started their career at Emsar S.p.A. in 1994, where they served as the Human Resources Training Manager until February 2008. In 2008, they joined Aptar and held various positions including Manager, Human Resources IS, and Senior Manager, Human Resources IS. Francesco then progressed to Director, Corporate Human Capital Management Processes and is currently serving as the Director, Digital HR & Analytics since September 2022.

Francesco Sciarretta obtained a degree in Economic Science and Banking from the Università degli Studi di Siena from 1982 to 1989. Francesco then pursued another degree in Economics and Management at the Università di Chieti-Pescara, completing it in 2007. Prior to their university studies, they attended Liceo Scientifico Lanciano, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown.
