Gianluca Lelli

Gianluca Lelli is currently a Global HR Systems & Data Governance professional at Aptar, where they support digital HR projects, manage HR processes in SAP SuccessFactors, and create learning content for a global audience. Previously, Gianluca worked as an HR Junior Training Manager at RCS Academy, coordinating university Masters programs and managing online training. Their earlier experience includes tutoring at EduCo and a project worker role at EY, focusing on personal and employer branding during the Covid-19 pandemic.
