Jim Armas

Jim Armas is a seasoned operations and manufacturing executive with over 20 years of experience driving performance and modernization across multi-site networks. Currently, they serve as Director of Operations at Aptar, having previously held leadership positions at several organizations, including The Libman Company and JELD-WEN, Inc. Jim's diverse background includes roles such as Plant Manager and Quality Assurance & Engineering Manager. They hold multiple degrees, including an MBA in Finance & Operations from Grand Valley State University, and have completed several leadership development programs at GE Crotonville.
