Katie Lachell is the Director of Global Compensation at Aptar, a position held since 2020. Previously, Katie served as a Lead Compensation Consultant at Allstate and held roles including Senior Manager and Compensation Manager, where they supported competitive compensation processes and led HRIS projects. Prior to Allstate, Katie was a Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst at Case New Holland and directed global compensation efforts at JLL from 2016 to 2020. They earned a B.S. in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside in 2006.
