Mark Richardson

Mark Richardson is currently a Senior Project Engineer specializing in tooling at Aptar, where they manage projects from design through validation. Mark has extensive experience in mold making, plastic processing, and machining, having previously worked for companies such as Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics, EVCO Plastics, and Newell Rubbermaid. They served as a Food Warehouse Supervisor and Medical Supply Supervisor in the U.S. Army Reserves during Operation Desert Storm, overseeing millions of dollars in supplies. Mark also held educational roles at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, teaching engineering students and creating instructional content. They pursue a degree in Technical Studies with a focus on Tool and Die Technology at Blackhawk Technical College, maintaining a 4.0 GPA.
