Randy Cardoza

Randy Cardoza has extensive experience in legal counsel and litigation, currently serving as Legal Counsel for Aptar Pharma since September 2018. In this role, responsibilities include formulating legal strategies, supporting affiliate organizations, leading legal projects, negotiating agreements, and managing intellectual property. Prior to this, Randy worked as a Litigation Attorney at Martin | Hild, P.A. from March 2016 to September 2018, specializing in corporate transactions and civil litigation. Additionally, experience as a Litigation Attorney at The Robertson Firm, P.A. involved managing corporate transactions and legal issues, while earlier roles included serving as an Assistant State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Florida, handling case litigation and trial preparations.
