Salim Haffar

Salim Haffar has a diverse and extensive work experience. Salim is currently the Chief Executive Officer at PCI Pharma Services since September 2018. Salim previously worked at AptarGroup, Inc. as the President of Aptar Pharma, where they managed all aspects of strategy, sales, marketing, finance, R&D, and global operations. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Vice President at Capsugel, where they focused on reinvigorating performance in the EMEA and India business. Salim Haffar also served as the President of the Prescription Division at Aptar, leading a $375M division. Salim began their career at Valois Pharma, where they held various leadership positions, including President, Vice President, Director, and Key Account Manager. During their tenure at Valois Pharma, they drove significant change, rebuilt the management team, and achieved aggressive performance objectives within the respiratory business segment. Salim Haffar is a seasoned professional with a track record of success in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.

Salim Haffar completed their Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from McGill University from 1992 to 1995. Salim also pursued Executive Business Education in M&A from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and the YMP Program from INSEAD. Additionally, they obtained a Diplôme d’Études Collégiales in Health Sciences from College Jean-de-Brebeuf.
