Sydney White, CEP, is a seasoned professional in equity administration with nearly twelve years of experience managing incentive compensation programs. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Equity Administration at AptarGroup S.A., Sydney supports financial analysis and reporting for senior management and board meetings. Previously, Sydney held various roles at Allstate, Independence Blue Cross, and First Midwest Bank, where they contributed to financial reporting, compliance, and equity compensation initiatives. Sydney earned an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a BBA from Iowa State University.
