Telmo Bras is an experienced HR leader with a substantial background in international human resources across various sectors, including pharmaceuticals. They served as HR Director at Tyco Fire Protection from 2000 to 2005, where they managed recruitment, training programs, and restructuring projects. From 2005 to 2007, they continued their HR leadership as HR Director for France and Belgium at NextPharma, overseeing major HR projects and corporate training. Telmo has been the HR Director for the Injectables Division at Aptar since 2014, supporting performance reviews and recruitment across multiple sites.
