Renu Sharma

Renu Sharma is an experienced professional in training and development, currently serving as a Training Administrator at Aptara since October 2024. Previously, Renu worked as a Learning and Development Coordinator at IBM from November 2021 to August 2024, and as a Training Coordinator at RNS Infotech from August 2020 to November 2021, where responsibilities included managing training infrastructure and customer interaction for process guidance. Renu also has a solid academic background with a Master's Degree in Digital Electronics from Visvesvaraya Technological University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Instructional Design from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, an Engineer's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from BMIT, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education Management and Administration from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Additionally, Renu has prior experience as an Assistant Professor in the Electronics and Communication department at macerc, Jaipur, where subjects taught included Digital Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.
