Shirin Bilimoria has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Starting in 1999, they worked as a Customer Service Executive at Intec Software Solutions in Bombay, India. In 2000, they joined Collabera in Mumbai as an Executive in Human Resource. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as an Executive - Management at Varni Diamonds in NYC, NY, where they handled tasks such as creating offer letters, coordinating interview schedules, and conducting pre-employment background checks. In 2004, they joined Netpixel as a Manager in Human Resource, where they implemented and managed an online accounting system and supervised administrative and accounting departments. In 2010, they served as a Manager - Human Resource at Sunrise Systems, Inc. Finally, since 2011, they have been working at ApTask as the Head of Backoffice Operations.

Shirin Bilimoria obtained their Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai, which they completed from 1993 to 1996. Following this, they pursued their Master's degree in Social Work from the same university, completing it from 1996 to 1998. Later, they attended SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 1998 to 1999, where they obtained their Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.
