Carly Englander

Carly Englander has a diverse work experience, starting with their most recent position as a Customer Experience Associate at AptDeco. In this role, they handle customer inquiries, schedules and facilitates furniture shipments, and problem-solves using policy-driven solutions.

Prior to their current role, Carly worked as a Yoga Instructor, conducting engaging and themed yoga classes for both in-studio and virtual settings. Carly prioritized client needs and offered feedback and assistance to ensure a positive experience.

Carly's earlier experiences include a role as a Curatorial Intern at Artists Space, where they assisted with fundraising events, digitized archival slides, and supported exhibition preparation tasks. Carly also served as an Exhibition Coordinator for the LOUD Senior Thesis Exhibition and as a Gallery Assistant at TCNJ Art Gallery.

Furthermore, Carly gained experience as an Archive Support Intern at Whitechapel Gallery, where they facilitated curatorial duties and research, prepared text and images for researchers, and initiated a task plan for audio/visual material reorganization.

Lastly, Carly worked as a Summer Camp Counselor at Campus Kids New Jersey, gaining valuable experience in a camp setting.

Carly Englander obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Visual Arts from The College of New Jersey. Carly attended the institution from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, Carly attained two additional certifications: "Advanced Yoga Training for Mental Health: Trauma and Addiction" from Kula for Karma in April 2021, and "200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training" from NJ Yoga Teacher Training in January 2021.
