Debayan Banerjee

Debayan Banerjee has worked at multiple companies throughout their career. Debayan started as a Project Engineer at Wipro Technologies in 2008, providing remote technical support and storage administration for EMC Symmetrix in a SAN environment. Debayan then joined Accenture in 2011 as an Operation Analyst, where they performed daily and weekly health checks on Symmetrix storage boxes and monitored their performance. At Accenture, they also worked as a Senior Operation Analyst, primarily focusing on NetApp SAN/NAS administration and implementing Snap Mirror. In 2015, Debayan joined IBM as a Technical Services Specialist, responsible for monitoring, configuring, and maintaining V-Max-3 arrays and VNX in a SAN storage data center. Debayan'smost recent position is at Aptean, where they started as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer in 2017 and later became the Lead Infrastructure Engineer and Associate Manager. In this role, they lead the Global IT Infrastructure Operations, manages team productivity and deliverables, and motivates the team to achieve quarterly metrics.

Debayan Banerjee completed their education with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Application (BCA) from Netaji Subhash Engineering College from 2005 to 2008. Debayan completed their secondary education, earning a 10+2 degree in Science from St.Paul's School from 1991 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization 2022, VCE™ Certified - Converged Infrastructure Associate (VCE-CIA), VCAD510 VMware Certified Associate - Data Center Virtualization (VCA-DCV), VMware Certified Associate - Cloud (VCA-Cloud), ITIL Version 3 Foundation, and E10-001 Information Storage Associate Version 2 (EMCISA).
