Donna Troy

Donna Troy is an experienced executive with a strong background in technology and governance. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Aptean since May 2019, Donna has previously held significant roles including Chairman of the Board and Non Executive Director at First Derivatives, Non Executive Director positions at Marlin Technology Corporation, TIBCO Software Inc., Curvature, and Pivot3, as well as a Technology Advisory Board Member at Riverside Partners. Donna's leadership experience also includes serving as Executive Vice President and General Manager for ERP Americas at Epicor Software and various Vice President and General Manager roles at Dell. Donna holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from North Carolina State University and is a Governance Fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors, with additional education from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
