Joe Newman has diverse experience in customer service and management roles across several companies. Currently, Joe serves as the Manager of International Renewals at Aptean, a position held since November 2020, and has progressed through various roles including Associate Renewals Manager and Renewals Analyst. Prior to Aptean, Joe worked as a Customer Service Executive at Activa Contracts and provided Business Admin Support at The Graduate. Additionally, Joe gained experience in brand management at QPR FC and honed customer service skills as a Delivery Driver and Instore Staff Member at Domino's. Joe holds a BA Hons in Sports Marketing from Coventry University, where studies included marketing, business, finance, and event management.
