Paul Goodall

Paul Goodall is an experienced professional in strategic account management and retail development, currently serving as the Senior Strategic Account Director for the Middle East, Africa, and APAC regions at Aptean since January 2021. Prior to this role, Paul was the Executive Director of Store Design & Development at MYER, an ASX listed retailer in Australia, from August 2018 to February 2020, having been recruited by the CEO based on a past collaboration. Earlier experience includes serving as Retail Director at Philips Lighting, where Paul focused on team evaluation and client base optimization from August 2011 to July 2018, and as Speciality Division Packaging Sales Director at inspirepac Limited, which operates under the global mining conglomerate Anglo American from April 1994 to May 2010. Paul’s extensive background spans multiple industries, emphasizing strategic planning, team restructuring, and tailored solutions for clients.
