Pawan Kumar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager in Professional Services & Delivery at Aptean since April 2023. In this role, Pawan spearheaded the Made2Manage 8.0 cloud-native ERP development, leading five Scrum teams to achieve over 80% sprint success. Previous positions at Aptean included Project Manager, where successful collaboration across global teams was implemented, and Associate Manager R&D at Fortis Healthcare, overseeing significant digital transformations in patient feedback and appointment systems.
